Go for a guided bird walk of the McCabe Preserve with Bill Fintel of Sussex Bird Club. The guides will take you on an early morning walk to look and listen for neotropical migratory songbirds. United Girls’ Choir Auditions! – Its time for fame

The United Girls’ Choir has announced that auditions are currently being held for girls, ages 6-17, from throughout the region.  Auditions will be held throughout the spring and summer, and all interested girls are eligible to audition.  No experience is necessary. Auditions will be held at Grace Bible Church in Shelton on Thursday, June 1, 2017. Additional dates are also available. Home for the summer? You can earn credits at NCC and transfer them to your college or university. Register now for Summer classes at Norwalk Community College. NCC offers three Summer Sessions, held Monday through Thursday. Students can earn 3-4 credits in as little as five weeks and still have time for work and family, or to enjoy the summer fun and sun.
– Session One: from May 28 to June 27. Five-week session, day or evening classes. Classes begin Tuesday, May 31.
– Session Two: from May 28 through Aug. 1. 10-week session, day or evening classes. Classes begin Tuesday, May 31.
– Session Three: from July 1 to Aug. 1Five-week, session, day or evening classes. Classes begin Tuesday, July 5.
