Since 1996, Jazzhaven has celebrated Jazz music by bringing together musicians in the area for a week of exceptional music. From August 26th through September 3rd, New Haven will be celebrating with an assortment of jazz shows throughout the city. This year’s event will kick off on Saturday, August 27th on the New Haven Green, starting at 6pm. Even better, the opening night is free to the public. There will also be food and vendors setup.
