For over 250 years, the Hickories Farm in Ridgefield have brought fresh produce and goods to the Fairfield County area. If you’re interested in learning more about the farm or talking with one of their experienced farmers about sustainable agriculture, the farm also offers weekly tours on Saturdays. If you’re interested in supplementing your food supplies with produce from the farm, consider signing up for a CSA (Community-Sustained Agriculture) with the farm. You’ll be able to pick up your share of the current harvest every week. Separate CSA’s run for Spring, Summer, and Fall respectively.
